There are just a handful of specialty shops on the planet with focus on powersports electronics and lighting. Add suspension tuning, and we could be the sole establishment, anywhere, to fill all of these difficult, and often complex niche areas.
Here at Rocket Moto, we’re die-hard bike enthusiasts, and we get a lot of satisfaction from the work we do. For us, it’s a creative outlet. Heck, we can’t even draw stick people – but we have an eye for fabulous design, quality workmanship and detail, and we can tell when something looks terrific. Take our custom wiring, for example – it is second to none – and it’s done just so – even in places where no one will ever see it, except us. We often correct marginal or hazardous wiring and electronics issues that we encounter while bikes are in our shop, because we just can’t send something out that isn’t safe to ride. Mind you, this is work that may be owner-installed, or was installed by a dealer or other shop. It’s like this – people can’t be good at everything. The tune-up or transmission expert doesn’t necessarily know zip about electronics or how to setup suspension properly. We’ll leave tire swaps and oil changes to the other guys, and stick with what we know best.
People contact us from around the globe to purchase from us or to get expert advice, regardless of whether they’ve purchased from us or not. Our best customer is one that we can help educate about what works – and what doesn’t. When we help someone sort out an elusive issue, we feel great about it; to us, that is true creativity. We’ve been told that we are really good at distilling complex technical matters into easy to understand language, without all the jargon that you’ll see on Internet forums or in product literature. Every item that we consider for sale receives a brutally thorough evaluation, and if we don’t think it’s absolutely terrific, we won’t offer it to you. We make sure you can do it right the first time, saving yourself a lot of time and money.
