Returns Process

You may request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) by calling our customer service team at +1 603.821.9588 or 877.533.4245, during our regular business hours.

Once you receive the RMA form by email, please print the form and include it with each shipment back to Rocket Moto.

You have 30 days from the date that you received the item(s), so please be sure to print the form and ship everything promptly. I’ts very important that you no  tape anything to the original product packaging! For us to consider your return, we must receive all products and packaging back in brand-new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box and adequately secure and pad the item(s) so that nothing will be damaged in transit; you may use the original shipping container packing material.

Please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. If a package arrives damaged, it will be rejected by our returns department. Returns must be shipped to the following address unless otherwise noted on your Return Material Authorization form:

Please retain your return tracking information. Rocket Moto Sport is not responsible for packages lost nor damaged during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Rocket Moto when your return is processed which will include the full details of your refund, credit or exchange.
