Shipping & Returns
We understand that you want to get your goodies as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically shipped the same business day if ordered early enough in the day. Otherwise, the item(s) will ship the next business day. In some cases, items not in stock at our Nashua, New Hampshire warehouse may ship from one of our supplier’s distribution centers, if it means we can get your order to you more quickly. If multiple items are ordered, your order may arrive in more than one package.
If there’s an item that you need urgently, it’s best to call Rocket Moto customer service at +1 603.821.9588 and we’ll be able to assist you better than if you send us an email, or placing your order online.
FedEx: Orders shipped by FedEx Home Delivery to a residential address will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground shipments to a business address deliver Monday through Friday. FedEx Priority Overnight and Standard overnight shipments deliver Monday through Friday. If you desire FedEx Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order. Keep in mind the day of the week that your order ships will affect the delivery day. For example, a two-day order that is shipped on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday; if shipped on Friday will deliver on Tuesday.
USPS: Domestic First Class mail for orders up to 13 ounces, delivers typically in two to three days. Domestic Priority Mail delivery is typically two days in transit to a metropolitan area, or three days to a more remote location. The Post Office delivers Monday through Saturday. Often packages that are shipped by USPS Priority Mail to the west coast on a Friday, arrive on Monday, for a very reasonable rate.
International Shipping: On website orders, we only ship internationally by insured USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. The service has proven to be reliable, and the least hassle for you at the receiving end. We can ship by FedEx international billed to your FedEx account, only. There’s small additional fee to cover the time for us to process the FedEx customs paperwork. Please call us for details on +1 603.821.9588. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices. International order may take an additional 5-10 days for shipment in order to aggregate all of the items at one location for shipping.
What you pay: Shipping can be costly - and we are very sensitive to that. Rocket Moto is a small family-operated business, and as such, we don’t receive the shipping discounts that the big guys do. You’ll receive the very lowest possible shipping rate that reflects our actual costs of carefully packing and shipping your order.
Returns or Exchanges
Returning a product for a 100% refund of your purchase price, or exchange, within 30 days is no problem, so long as it qualifies under our return policy. The important details are below:
If your product is in non-functioning or less than satisfactory condition when you receive it, please contact us by phone at +1 603.821.9588, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can respond more quickly than if you send us an email. Depending on the situation, we may refer you to the manufacturer's technical support, as they know their product better than anyone.
If it is more than 30 days past your purchase date we cannot accept a return of your product, regardless of its condition. If you discover a problem after 30 days, we will refer you to the manufacturer to exercise the warranty to have it repaired or replaced. Please check your product as soon as possible after it arrives so that all of your options are available to you.
You may return your purchase for a 100% refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs), provided it meets our requirements below. We will issue a refund if your situation meets ALL of the following requirements:
You have contacted us for a Return Material Authorization number and include the RMA form that we email to you in the package, and clearly note the RMA number on the outside of the package.
You return the item to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Your product is in brand new, re-saleable condition.
Your product is returned with the original packaging, manual, warranty card, tags, etc. in new condition.
We will NOT issue a refund if:
Your product appears dirty, has been installed, used and/or abused when we receive it.
The original packaging, manual, warranty card, parts, accessories, etc. is missing, destroyed or damaged.
Refunds are issued by the same method as your payment.
If your product has been used for a while and stops working correctly it is not eligible for return, but most likely is still covered by manufacturer's warranty. They will repair or replace it at their discretion, but you must contact the manufacturer directly to exercise their warranty.
IMPORTANT: Electronic, electrical, custom made, custom modified or special ordered items are not returnable, unless we determine that the item is defective. If faulty, the item may only be exchanged for another of the same item.
